We are very excited to be participating in SIZZLIN' SEPTEMBER JAM on Saturday September 25, 2010. 

It is an event to raise money for the Courage House.  A safe place in rural Northern California that will provide housing for kids that have been rescued from sex trafficking.   I took the next quote off their facebook fan page:

"Courage to Be You, Inc. equips, encourages and empowers individuals to uncover their identity and discover their destiny. We realize before any individual can recognize their potential and discover their purpose, their most basic human needs must be met. But on the streets of our cities and in every country around the world, there are a multitude of vulnerable young children that are not having these needs met - far from it. These children are being sexually exploited, abused and sold. They need to be rescued. They need a safe place to belong and someone to assure them that they not only have value, but also a God given purpose. They need a home, and C2BU intends to provide them one. Courage House. We are currently raising money to build the first U.S. Courage House in Northern California and the first Africa Courage House in Tanzania. We need volunteers for both."


The event will be sat Sept 25th 
10am - 7pm at Grocery Outlet parking lot (Douglas & Sierra College, Granite Bay,CA)
11 bands & 2 dance groups,
 20+ vendors, Bounce House,
kids activities, 
and Sterling from K-LOVE is our MC!
