The staff is young, friendly and trendy: Every time I've gotten my hair cut here, I've never been disapointed. Staff is friendly and sensitive to their client's needs. It is a bit out of the way for me, but worth the 45 min drive.

I have been with Amanda (owner) for more years then I can count. She is fun, laid back, and yet very professional and a heck of a stylist/colorist! I can go to her and every time I walk away I am more then happy with my results. Since owning Sleek Salon, nothing has changed except she keeps getting better. She is not afraid to tell you what your hair can and can't do- making sure the money you spend is not going to waste. I had Amanda do my hair for my wedding also, it was perfect. She spent time with me making sure everything was how I wanted it to be before and on the day of my wedding, not cutting any corners. She offers full Wedding day services, complete with make-up. Her other stylists are very professional, I have never heard of any complaints. Amanda continually keeps her salon new and fresh, and it is always clean! Sleek Salon is located in Roseville and is a great little salon. When you walk in you will be greated by lovely friendly faces. I have been getting my hair done by Kelley now for the last 2 months and she really does a great job. But, all the girls in the salon know what they are doing. I have 'difficult' hair (part stick straight, part curly, cowlicks, etc.) and most stylists give me the simplest cuts they can, totally ignoring the variety before them.  Amanda at Sleek Salon, listened to my explanation, discovered that I wasn't exaggerating, and accepted the challenge.  I got one of the best cuts (and styles) in my experience. It was a collaborative effort - which I really appreciated. I hate having an expert that expects me to tell them what to do - They're the expert! I'm also not fond of someone who totally ignores what I want/need, and treats me like an inanimate object.   Amanda used her expertise, and worked with me to come up with the best (and best looking) hair styles I've had in years.  I highly recommend them.
